First of all Parking for two wheelers & four wheelers are available. Security staffs are really good in behavior and good in their works. Reception staffs are little rude, they need training for their behavioral issues. Doctors and nurses are really good in care and treatment. Very good in hygiene. Price for consultation is too high and medicines also.

Has open MRI facility which is a boon for elder citizens. The place was neat and the staffs were extremely warm and welcoming. The canteen food was also good. Parking facility available in the hospital compound itself.

Good Hospital and friendly staffs... Hospital has as a separate Fever clinic outside. All sort Covid -19 protocols are done ✅.

My dad was in ICU for almost 4 days. Out of 9 patients admitted in ICU here, just 1 came alive. I lost my dad here. He went by walk and came dead in ambulance. Dr. said its because we delayed and he was literally laughing when je was telling this. Not blaming anyone, I should have gone to another hospital

when i went for covid test ,they give a paper and make us sign and its written if covid positive we have to be admitted in the same hospital.Be aware of this...there are labs like leo in thalassery that conduct covid test without such demands

If u have relationship with members of hospital you will get appointment (token) other wise you should give extra money or try hard to get appointment And not user friendly call centre they are behaving rude, full of unfair things happening there :(
